A few days ahead of your stay we'll email you a link to download our access app, and your digital key appears in it. Download it before you travel — it takes a minute, and you'll want it done before you're standing on the sidewalk with your luggage.

Hold your phone to the reader at the entrance, and again at your room door. Nothing to type in, nothing to collect, nothing to hand back. Your key works for the length of your stay and retires itself at check-out.

Keystone sits on the corner of Whitaker and West State, directly above Sunday Sunday. The hotel entrance is on West State Street — Sunday Sunday has its own door around the corner on Whitaker, so head for West State when you arrive with your bags.

Let yourself in and take the elevator up; your phone works there too.

The second-floor pantry is stocked with water, cold drinks and snacks, with fresh-baked cookies most afternoons. Your dining credit is waiting downstairs at Sunday Sunday, and your signature cocktail is poured at the bar between 5:00 and 6:00 pm.

Keystone does not have a private lot. Metered street parking is available nearby but fills quickly in this busy stretch of downtown, so we recommend planning on a garage. The Whitaker Street Garage (7 Whitaker St) is open 24/7 a short walk away, with other city garages within a few blocks.

Once you've parked, you likely won't need the car. The Historic District is made for walking, the free DOT shuttle loops downtown, and a rideshare from the airport takes about twenty minutes.

• Elevator — yes, serving the second and third floors, and your phone opens it.
• Pets — Keystone is not a pet-friendly house. Service animals are always welcome.
• Questions — there's no front desk, but our team is reachable by message day and night.
